This contempt case is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 08.08.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.22895 of 2016.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
