O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that based on her complaint, FIR No.71/2015 dated 20.02.2015 on the file of Police Station, Nellore IV Town, was registered. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent - Deputy Superintendent of Police (Civil), Nellore Town Division, Nellore in not completing the enquiry in the said crime, as per Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent stating that investigation in the above said crime in FIR.No.71 of 2015 was completed and charge sheet has been filed against the accused on 28.06.2018 before the court of V Additional District and Sessions Judge - cum - Special Judge for Trial of Offences under SCs. & STs (POA) Act, Court, Nellore and the case number in awaited.

Recording the above statement in the written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of.
