This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking speedy disposal of M.C.No.166 of 2015 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, L.B. Nagar at Ranga Reddy District. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the IV Additional District Judge, L.B. Nagar at Ranga Reddy District, is directed to dispose of M.C.No.166 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving any unnecessary adjournments, since the matter pertains to the year 2015. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
