Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner of land admeasuring Acs.14.15 guntas in Survey No.446 of Phool Mamidi Village, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same through registered sale deed dated 10.02.1993. Petitioner applied for conducting of survey of the subject land in F-Line on 18.10.2019. Alleging inaction in considering the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

The receipt issued by the TSTS Limited dated 17.10.2019 is filed at page No.12 of the writ petition material paper book. 4.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the 2nd respondent, to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 18.10.2019, filed for conducting survey and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
