ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking speedy disposal of C.C.No.360 of 2015 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar. 2.

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/A1 requested this Court to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid case by fixing the time frame.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and since the C.C. is of the year 2015, the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.360 of 2015 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
