When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners are seeking regularization of their services and the learned standing counsel further informed this Court that the cases of the petitioners were considered during the pendency of this writ petition and contends that the cause in the writ petition does not survive. In view of the above submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is closed with an observation that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
