The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order or writ one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in rejecting the objections of the petitioner in Proc.No.G2/1253/2008, dt.12.08.2008 and issuing the declaration in reference No.G2/1253/2008, dt.29.08.2008 in respect of the petitioners land bearing Sy.No.88/1B admg. Acs.1.50 cents situated at Vakatippa Village, U.Kothapalli Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal, irregular and violative of the provisions of the land acquisition Act., 1894 and principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the impugned order dated 12.08.2008 and the declaration in Ref.No.G2/1253/2008, dated 29.08.2008 and consequently the notification dated 19.03.

The relevant portion of letter dated 31.03.2017 of 2nd respondent reads as follows: "In the ref 2nd cited a detailed report has been submitted to the District Collector, E.G.Dist., Kakinada and the District Collector, E.G.Dist, Kakinada in turn addressed a letter to the Commissioner and Director & Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, Edupugallu, Krishna District that the lands in Sy.No.88/1B Ac.1-50 Cts situated at Vakatippa Village of U.Kothapalli Mandal belongs to Udutha Narasimhamurthy which was proposed for acquisition under SWLA were de-notified and the lands are to be deleted in the list supplied under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 vide ref 4th cited".

Having regard to the communication dated 31.03.2017, the writ petition is disposed of by placing on record the letter. There shall no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
