CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.5410 of 2002 Dt: 12.10.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the judgment in OA.No.1559 of 1998, dated 19-12-2001 and quash the same."

At the hearing, Mr.M.Radhakrishna, learned Counsel representing Mr.K.V.Satyanarayana, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client has retired from service during the pendency of this Writ Petition and that therefore, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
