THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI W.P.M.P.No.16663 of 2017 in W.P.No.12719 of 2017 and W.P.No.12719 of 2017 COMMON ORDER: (per SK,J) The petitioners filed W.P.M.P.No.16663 of 2017 seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition. It is stated that the writ petition was filed defectively and therefore, liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file a fresh case in proper format in accordance with law. The W.P.M.P. is ordered. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Interim order dated 11.04.2017 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
