The Govt. of Telangana, Rep by its Principal Secretary, (BCW) Welfare Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad. 500022 ...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to declare the entire action of the 1st respondent in not granting the Special Grade Post scale on completion of six (6) years of regular service in the cadre of Assistant B.C. Welfare officers while granting others as highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper, discriminatory and violation of all principles of natural justice and contrary to the orders of the Govt. issued in GO.Ms.No.96, Fin. (Pay commission -ll) Dept. dated 20.5.

201 1 in the subject matter and consequently to direct the respondents to forthwith to sanction Special Grade Post Scale to the applicants on completion of six (6) years of service in the cadre of Asst. BC Welfare Officer in accordance with above G.O.Ms.No.96 Fin. (Pay Commission ll) Department, dated 20.5.2011 and accordingly revise their pay on that basis with all consequential benefits.

HONOURABLE SRI IUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 3018 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counser for the petitioners submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated L4.Lt.20t4, passed interim order as follows:- "Pending disposal of the O.A. the respondents are directed to consider and sanction Special Promotion Post Scale (SPP Scale) to the applicants for completion of their regular service in the category of Assistant B.C. Welfare Officer by taking into consideration the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.96 Finance (Pay Commission-II) Department, dated 20.05.2011 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in view of the interim order dated t4.ll.2OL4, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has fairly acceded the same. 3.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
