Respondents Counsel for the petitioner : Sri Ch.Srinivas Counsel for the respondents : -- THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to conducting e - auction on 08-07-2016 as per e - auction notice issued on 26-05-2016 published on 29-05-2016 in respect of property i.e. 1. Ac. 4.00 guntas in survey No. 197 (2) Ac. 4.
00 in survey No. 182 both situated at Gansanipally, Raigiri Village, Bhonagiri Mandal, Nalgonda District, without giving any opportunity to the petitioner though the petitioner is a registered owner and in continuous possession of the same from last 17 years as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, violation of principles of natural justice and cannot and justified in the eye of law and consequently direct the respondents not to conduct any auction in respect of property i.e. (1) Ac. 4.00 guntas in survey No. 1917 and (2) Ac. 4.00 gunts in survey No.
Mandal, Nalgonda District, without giving any opportunity to the petitioner in the interest of justice and pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the auction, scheduled to be held on 08-07-2016, was not held, the cause, on which the Writ Petition is filed, has become infructuous.
3. In view of this submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
4. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos. 26569 and 32606 of 2016 shall stand closed as infructuous. ________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J.
