THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION NO.10992 OF 2009 ORDER:

Sri P.Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that since the period of agreement was itself for five years from 2009 to 2014, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any adjudication by this Court and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
