Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Contempt Case since respondents have considered the representation of petitioner as directed by this Court in its order dt.30-12-2014 in W.P.No.40333 of 2014.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
