O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the eviction order dated 10.02.2017 passed under Sub-Section (1) of Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1968.

This order is passed at the instance of Shilparamam, but the same is not made a party to the writ petition. In view of the same, writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
