11.09.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 (on being mentioned) This Interlocutory Application is filed seeking clarification and rectification of certain inadvertent errors and typographical mistakes in the order dated 04.09.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.11101 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph No.7(iii) of the said order, while directing the petitioner/accused No.9 to appear before the Investigation Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m., no specific period has been mentioned for compliance of the said condition.

Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this Interlocutory Application is ordered with the following corrections:

In paragraph No.7(iii), after the words "on every Monday between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m.", it shall be read as "for a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier".

The Registry is directed to issue an amended copy of the order dated 04.09.2025, incorporating the above corrections, forthwith.
