CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.5607 of 2017 20.07.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash Lok Adalat award No.6 of 2017, dated 06.01.2017, (in respect of O.S.No.347 of 2012 on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nellore) passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Nellore.

On 22.06.2017, this Court adjourned the case permitting the petitioner to take out fresh notices on respondent Nos.1 and 2 as earlier notices sent to them were returned unserved, subject to the condition that if by the next date of hearing proof of service is not filed, the writ petition would automatically stand dismissed. A perusal of the record shows that proof of service is not filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not present at the hearing. Therefore, order, dated 22.06.2017, worked itself out resulting in dismissal of the writ petition. 3.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.6838 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
