The petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that petitioner's representations dt.08.02.2016 and 16.02.2016, filed before respondent nos.3 and 4 for issuing Form 1-B after changing the nature of land as patta land, is pending consideration before the said authorities; and they are not passing any orders thereon. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, states that respondent nos.3 and 4 will pass orders on the above representations made by petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.3 and 4 to pass orders on the above representations made by petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate their decision to petitioner thereon. No order as to costs.
