11.09.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.2 of 2025 (on being mentioned) This Interlocutory Application is filed seeking clarification and rectification of certain inadvertent errors and typographical mistakes in the order dated 04.09.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.11103 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at paragraph No.5 of the said order, it was wrongly recorded as "his name is not mentioned in the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant". He further submitted that in paragraph No.7(iii) of the said order, while directing the petitioner/accused to appear before the Investigation Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m., no specific period/duration was mentioned for compliance of the said condition.

Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in

the accompanying affidavit, this Interlocutory Application is ordered with the following corrections: i.

In paragraph No.5 of the order dated 04.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.11103 of 2025, the recital "his name is not mentioned in the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant" shall stand deleted.

ii.

In paragraph No.7(iii), after the words "on every Monday between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m.", it shall be read as "for a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of this order or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier".

The Registry is directed to issue an amended copy of the order dated 04.09.2025, incorporating the above corrections, forthwith.
