THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.24290 OF 2018 ORDER:

The prayer is against inaction of respondents in considering and passing orders on the application dated 15.06.2018 filed by petitioner under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, as illegal and arbitrary. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that notices are already issued, as a matter of fact the case stands posted to 16.07.2018. He further informs the Court that orders as are deemed fit are considered and passed within four (4) weeks.
