THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No.12289 of 2013 ORDER:

Today, the learned Public Prosecutor filed a letter addressed to him by Sub-Inspector of Police, Vanasthalipuram Police Station dated 10.11.2017 wherein it was reported that the case has been referred as 'lack of evidence' and a final report to that effect was filed before VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar on 31.1.2014. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The letter dated 10.11.2017 is made part of the record and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
