When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 13.04.2017, in W.P.No.45158 of 2016. A copy of the same is placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper. 2.

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof, keeping it open to the petitioners as well as the unofficial respondents to raise their respective claims before respondent Nos.2 and 3 and it is open for the said respondents to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
