HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24349 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Sri M.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (T.S.), appearing for the 1st respondent, and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, she submitted number of representations to the respondent - authorities but no action has been taken with regard to the construction made by the 5th respondent herein.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation, that the concerned authority to look into the matter for taking action on the representations submitted by the petitioner is the Deputy Commissioner and no such representation, till date, has been made to the Deputy Commissioner, who got impleaded as 6th respondent today vide orders in I.A. No.2 of 2018.

On hearing the same, a request is made by learned counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to submit appropriate representation before the 6th respondent and, thereafter, the matter may be directed to be disposed of by 6th respondent, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the said submission, this Court deems it appropriate to AVSS,J W.P. No.24349/2018 dispose of the writ petition, keeping it open for the petitioner to submit a representation, afresh, to the 6th respondent, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for redressal of her grievance; if any such representation is made by the petitioner, within the stipulated time, 6th respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of in consequence.
