This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not granting membership to the petitioner Primary Fishermen Cooperative Society, Dundigal, Qutbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the 3rd respondent stating that the authority for giving membership is the Managing Director of Telangana Fishermen Cooperative Societies Federation Limited, Hyderabad, and that the Telangana Fishermen Cooperative Societies Federation Limited, Hyderabad, is not a party to the writ petition. In the facts and circumstance of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a representation before the Managing Director of Telangana Fishermen Cooperative Societies Federation Limited, Hyderabad, if he so chooses.
