This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order dt. 21.02.2012 in I.A.No.1167 of 2011 in O.S.No.419 of 2011 passed by Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main suit i.e., O.S.No.419 of 2011 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool, has been disposed of on contest on 18.04.2013 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
