\ \ This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the t Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short .Cr.p.C.J by the petitioner/ accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.6l of 2019 (old C.C.No.79 1 of 2005) on the file of the learned principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, for the offence under Sections 51(i)(ii), 52(i) read with Section 63 and 6g(A) of Copy right Act, 1957.
