CVNR,J & GSP,J W.A.No.174 of 2014 18.09.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed against order, dated 20.01.2014, in W.P.No.28937 of 2013.

Mr.P.Subash, learned standing counsel for Andhra Pradesh Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited (A.P.B.C.C.F.C.L.) appearing for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 12.09.2017, to the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client decided to continue the services of the respondent on daily wages and therefore, it has requested him to withdraw the writ appeal.

3. In view of the aforementioned letter, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ appeal, interim order, dated 14.02.2014, in W.A.M.P.No.491 of 2014 is vacated and W.A.M.P.No.491 of 2014 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
