Sri T.S. Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition changing the cause title with respect to the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty as sought for. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
