DURGA PRASAD RAO C.M.A.M.P.No. 256 of 2017 in C.M.A. No. 151 of 2017 & C.M.A. No. 151 of 2017 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) 1) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking suspension of operation of the Order dated 30.09.2016 in H.M.O.P. No. 127 of 2015 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District.

2) It is pertinent to mention that on the last occasion i.e. 09.03.2017, this Court, while suspending the order dated 30.09.2016 directed both the parties along with minor child to appear before this Court, however nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It seems, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs.
