Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that survey numbers have been wrongly typed in the writ affidavit, as such, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition to file fresh writ petition with correct survey numbers.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file fresh writ petition with correct survey numbers. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
