THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.40083 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not allotting open space to the petitioner for running fruit stall at City Bus Station, Hanamkonda, as per the letter No.T2/122(100)/2012-RM:WL, dated 12.12.2012 issued by the 2nd respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
