HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7790 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in conducting survey and sub-division of land in Sy.No.160 admeasuring Ac.5-14 guntas situated at Kismatpur Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Both counsel state that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 28-04-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
