THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27774 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for General Administration appearing for respondent No.1.

Now, the respondents are ready to furnish the information which the petitioner seeks and as a matter of fact, the petitioner was advised to visit the CCLA Office vide letter, dated 04.01.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that his GPA holder is not being permitted to verify the records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the GPA Holder of the petitioner would make an application to the authority concerned seeking verification of records and for obtaining necessary copies.

As there can be no objection for the above, the writ petition is closed with the observation that the respondent authorities would take necessary action in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
