THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4045 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the docket order dated 27.06.2018 passed in F.C.O.P.No.310 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
