HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.16359 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fifth respondent in summoning the petitioner to the Police Station without pendency of any criminal case and interfering with the day to day business of the petitioner at the instance of the sixth respondent. Since the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to highhanded action of the fifth respondent, it is always open to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the third respondent who can enquire into the matter and this Court cannot interfere with the same at this stage. Accordingly, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the third respondent with written representation against the fifth respondent and on receipt of such representation the third respondent shall take necessary action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
