HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24526 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil dispute of the petitioner and in calling the petitioner and his son to the 3rd respondent police station and making them to sit in the police station from morning to evening everyday without there being any crime registered against the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Madugulapalle Police Station, Nalgonda District, stating that a case in Crime No.111/2018, dated 13.07.2018 was registered against the son of the petitioner; that a suo moto case vide Crime No.107/2018 was registered against one Vijay Kumar and son of the petitioner, as they are disturbing the peace due to political grudges in the village; and that they are not interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner with the third parties. It is to be seen that seen in the written instructions it is not stated whether any crime is registered against the petitioner. Petitioner's involvement in the cases registered was also not mentioned in the written instructions.

In view of the above, recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondent police shall not interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
