This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant No.6 aggrieved by the docket order dated 15.11.2019 passed in I.A.No.249 of 2015 in O.S.No.49 of 2008 by the Senior Civil Judge at Bodhan, Nizamabad District, whereby an Advocate Commissioner is appointed to execute the warrant for division of 'A' to 'C' schedule properties into six equal shares in terms of the decree dated 09.12.2013.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ defendant No.6 and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the decree dated 09.12.2013 has not been stayed in any proceedings. It is made out that the said decree is subsisting. Therefore, the Court below is justified in passing the impugned order. This revision petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed at the stage of admission.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
