Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleaders for Revenue and Municipal Administration and Urban Development, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 4 to 6 respectively and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Standing Counsel that the lis in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 26.10.2017 in W.P.No.35674 of 2017. A copy of the said order is filed along with the present Writ Petition.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the respondents to receive and process the application of the petitioners for building permission without insisting on submission of 'No Objection Certificate' from the revenue authorities.
