THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.3849 of 2016 ORDER :

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner's grievance is that appeals filed by petitioner on 17.11.2015 and 14.12.2015 before 3rd respondent challenging the order dt.09.10.2015 in Memo No.B/617/2015 of 4th respondent are pending consideration before 3rd respondent, and 3rd respondent is not passing any orders therein in spite of the fact that more than two months have elapsed since filing of the appeals.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, states that 3rd respondent will decide the appeals filed by petitioner against the orders of 4th respondent within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice in the appeal to 5th respondent.

3. Recording the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to decide the appeals filed by petitioner on 17.11.2015 and 14.12.2015 challenging the order dt.09.10.2015 in Memo No.B/617/2015 of 4th respondent, after issuing notice to 5th respondent within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate its decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
