HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.18382 of 2005 ORDER:

It appears that in a Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad by the AP High Court Legal Services Committee, this matter has been settled amicably between the parties and the following Award dt.07-11-2014 has been passed: "The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised the case/matter, the following Award is passed in terms of the settlement:

1. Smt. K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kula Sekhar Reddy, Law Officer for APSRTC are present. The matter has been settled amicably between the parties.

2.

The management of APSRTC agreed to reinstate the petitioner afresh to make it further clear that the petitioner is not entitled for any continuity of service, back wages or any benefits. Further, the reinstatement is subject to medical fitness.

3. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.

4. No orders as to the costs of appellant." Having regard to the said fact, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Award dt.07-11-2014. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
