ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be working as Secondary Grade Teacher (unaided) from 5.1.1995. He is claiming for appointment against aided vacancy available in Aided Christian Elementary School, Karavadi village, Ongole mandal, Prakasam district. Petitioner earlier filed W P No. 24320 of 2013 disposed of on 18.12.2013, wherein direction was issued by this Court for consideration of his claim. Thereafter, the District Educational Officer called for report from the Mandal Educational Officer. The Mandal Educational Officer submitted his report and based on the said report, the District Educational Officer vide letter Rc No. 677/C2/2017 dated 23.1.2018 submitted proposal to the Commissioner of School Education, State of AP, seeking necessary directions to absorb the petitioner against aided vacancy. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader, they agreed for disposal of the writ petition, with direction to the Commissioner and Director of School Education-2nd respondent to examine the proposal submitted by the District Educational Officer-3rd respondent dated 23.1.2018 and to pass appropriate orders expeditiously.

Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to examine the proposal submitted by 3rd respondent dated 23.1.2018 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law with reference to the claim of the petitioner for appointment to aided vacancy within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
