This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 4 and 5 in interfering in the civil disputes in the subject matter of O.S.No.63 of 2018 on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Vizianagaram.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.74 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC was registered against the petitioner. In this regard, respondent No.5 had tried to arrest the petitioner, but he is absconding since the commission of offence. They also denied that the respondent-police interfered in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property and interfered in the civil disputes. The petitioner is also involved in Cr.No.179 of 2017 and other allegations were also denied.

Admittedly, order of status-quo was granted in the suit filed by the petitioner as stated supra.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and third parties. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
