THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.23455 of 2009 ORDER:

The prayers in the writ petition and miscellaneous petition are substantially one and the same.

On 09-02-2010, this court passed the following interim order :- "No counter affidavit is filed by any of the respondents. Post after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26-02-2009 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. "

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by making interim order final order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
