HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22009 OF 2012 ORDER:

The prayer is against inaction of respondents 1, 2 and 3 in considering disposal of representation dated 22-6-2012 as illegal and unconstitutional.

The third respondent filed counter affidavit and additional counter-affidavit dated 23-2-2017.

The learned counsel for petitioner, after perusing the representation dated 22-6-2012, pending cases between petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 and stand taken in the counter affidavits, does not press for the prayer but seeks leave of the court to work out all grievances canvassed in the representation against respondents 4 and 5 in the pending cases.

The request of learned counsel is placed on record. Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observation. No order as to costs.
