When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A.Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the second respondent. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
