When the matter is taken up for admission, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, the investigation in the present crime was completed, charge sheet was also filed and the same was taken on file by the jurisdictional Magistrate and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
