Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, call for the records relating to issuance of impugned proceedings No.1759/A1/2011 dated 10/05/2015 of the 4th respondent, declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and the one passed with colourable exercise of power under the influence of 5th respondent and further contrary to the Constitutional guarantees under Article 19 (g) to the extent it relates to 5th respondent and set aside the same as such so far as it relates to the 5th respondent and consequently direct the respondents to finalize the contract in favour of the petitioner's firm for supply of eggs in place of 5th respondent;

The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 28-05-2015, 03-06-2015, 0907-2015, 17-07-2015, 29-7-2015, 05.08.2015 & 20-08-2015 and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K. RAM REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Govt. Pleader for Women Development & Child Welfare(AP) on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, and of Sri K. Rama Mohan Mahadeva, Advocate for Respondent No.5, the Court made the following ORDER :
