THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 27285 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) The petitioner is apprehensive that before his eventual retirement from service on attaining the age of 60 years, he will not be reinstated and consequently, his ability to draw the terminal benefits, including the provisional pension, would get impaired, so that the suffering of his can be prolonged.

We therefore, consider that it would be appropriate to direct Respondents 1 to 3 herein to bear these factors in mind and take an appropriate decision while reviewing the necessity to continue the petitioner under suspension and pass appropriate orders or at any rate place the decision relating to the review undertaken by them before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for it to pass appropriate orders in the O.A.

With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
