All these cases are taken up for consideration for examination of the issue relating to the validity of publication of notification by the A.P.Wakf Board, when the old Act was in operation and it was published later on when the new Act came into operation. The arguments were advanced on that point, but later on, the learned counsel want to advance arguments on the merits of the cases also, irrespective of the validity of the notification. This requires deeper consideration by this Court.
In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to confine its consideration to the above point. Hence, post all these cases after Dassera Vacation, 2015. In the meanwhile, both the parties shall maintain status-quo with regard to possession.
