ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

It is the case of the petitioner that she was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for Shop No. 20 of Rajavaram village, Gampalagudem Mandal, Krishna District.

While so on 27.5.2013, the Special Deputy Tahsildar (PDS), Tiruvuru inspected the shop of the petitioner and noticed certain irregularities. On the basis of the report submitted by the Special Deputy Tahsildar, the second respondent passed an order on 4.6.2013 suspending the authorization of the petitioner pending enquiry. When enquiry is not completed till today, the

present Writ Petition is filed.

It is to be seen that the second respondent ought to have completed the enquiry within a period of ninety days from the date of suspending the authorization of the petitioner. But even after two years, he has not completed the enquiry. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry initiated pursuant to the order of suspension dated 4.6.2013 and show cause notice dated Nil/11/2013, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly observing the principles of natural justice.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
