The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of 3rd respondent in not completing the investigation in FIR No.268 of 2012 dated 16.07.2012 on the file of Chilakaluripet Town Police Station, as illegal and arbitrary.

On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that charge sheet is already filed. Therefore, the grievance of slow investigation need not be examined.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
